This doggie pool float lets them move in the water and can hold up to 88lbs.  It has an inner layer of PVC plastic. The outside is covered with a nylon oxford cloth to prevent the dog from biting it and scratching it with their paws.  The  raft  is safe for dogs. There are two holes on the bottom of each side for water to flow through, which can make hoomans and fur babies feel cool in hot weather.
